Rent-to-Own can be available for qualifying cabin-style buildings that remain non-residential and do not include plumbing.

No plumbing, bathroom, or residential water systems
Used as storage, office, studio, workshop, retreat shell, or other non-livable purpose
Partial improvements must preserve the building’s non-livable classification
Program availability and approval depend on the final configuration
