Cabin Shell

A finished exterior with an open interior, giving you the strongest head start while leaving the final plan in your hands.

  • Exterior siding, roofing, doors, and windows
  • Open framing ready for your interior plan
  • Best for DIY finish work or phased projects
  • Qualifying Rent-to-Own may apply when non-livable and without plumbing

Partial Build

Let Wolf Valley complete selected interior preparation so you can take over at a more convenient stage.

  • Interior framing and room layout preparation
  • Selected insulation, electrical, or wall options
  • Work scoped around your final use and local requirements
  • Rent-to-Own eligibility only while the building remains non-livable and has no plumbing
Finished cabin and tiny home starting pointResidential path

Finished Cabin / Tiny Home

Once plumbing or residential livability is added, the project moves into the finished cabin or tiny-home process.

  • Plumbing, kitchen, bathroom, and residential systems
  • Code-compliant finished living space
  • Traditional financing rather than Rent-to-Own
  • Handled through the Wolf Valley Homes residential process
Financing made clear

The financing path depends on how the building will be used.

We help buyers select the right product and payment path before the project is designed, so there are fewer surprises later.

Qualifying Rent-to-Own

Non-livable cabin shells and partials

Rent-to-Own can be available for qualifying cabin-style buildings that remain non-residential and do not include plumbing.

  • No plumbing, bathroom, or residential water systems
  • Used as storage, office, studio, workshop, retreat shell, or other non-livable purpose
  • Partial improvements must preserve the building’s non-livable classification
  • Program availability and approval depend on the final configuration
Traditional Financing

Finished cabins and tiny homes

The moment a project includes plumbing or is designed as a livable residence, it becomes a finished cabin or tiny-home project.

  • Bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing, and residential utilities
  • Designed or marketed for full-time or part-time habitation
  • Residential building standards and permitting requirements
  • Traditional financing through the Wolf Valley Homes process
Simple rule: No plumbing and not livable may qualify for Rent-to-Own. Plumbing or residential livability requires traditional financing.
