Wolfvalley Buildings – Refund & Return Policy

Refund Policy

At Wolf Valley, every structure is custom-built or prepared-to-order with care. Because of this:

Deposits are non-refundable once an order is placed and production has begun.

Any cancellations made before production starts may be eligible for a partial refund (minus administrative and design fees).

If your purchase was financed, refund eligibility is subject to lender policies in addition to Wolf Valley’s terms.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sales@wolfvalleybuildings.com within 3 business days of placing your order.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our custom and built-to-order products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered or installed. However:

If the wrong product was delivered due to our error, we will replace or correct it at no cost to you.

If a product arrives damaged, we will repair or replace the affected components per our Product Guarantee terms (below).

Minor cosmetic variations are expected in handmade structures and do not qualify for returns.

Wolfvalley Product Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our buildings. All Wolf Valley structures come with the following:

Craftsmanship Guarantee

We offer a 1-Year Craftsmanship Guarantee on all products. If your structure experiences any issues due to construction errors within the first year, we’ll repair it at no cost to you.

Issues caused by customer misuse, unauthorized alterations, or acts of nature (floods, storms, etc.) are not covered.

Material Warranty

Materials such as roofing, siding, and paint are subject to manufacturer warranties, which vary by component. We’ll assist you in processing claims with those manufacturers if needed.

Treated wood used in our products comes with a limited warranty against rot and termite damage, per the manufacturer’s specifications.
